Sorry, I've just found out about this late on the 13th.
And according to the web site:

"Because this will be a limited edition and printed in one run, we need to
have your order by December 15th, to process delivery within the U.S.
before December 25th."

I can't tell if this means they'll only press what is ordered, or if they're
pressing more but you need to order now to get it by Christmas.
