Which is lawyer-speak for she's asking for more than her half of the
sale proceeds. She thinks she's entitled to more than her half as
punishment for him being a dirty cheating dawg.

Well, a five-bedroom West Side mansion ought to go for around $5-7
million, so even only getting half of that would certainly give her
cushion for that new start.
