resistor that keeps burning on TV

On a TV RCA model P56812BL chassis No. PTK195AP
(this is a big screen TV)
I replaced a capacitor 2200 25 volts because it
was leaking and the resistor beside it burned and i think the number of
the resistor is L13107. Because of that, the resistor R14110 also burned.
I also replaced the regulator U14601. As soon as I plug it, the resistor
R14110 becomes red and burns. Does anybody can help me as to why the
resistor R14110 would keep burning????
