Rather lame comedy film from 2000 about an experimental jail where inmates develop an interest in gardening and are allowed to enter a national garden show. Based on a real story in which HMP Leyhill exhibited at the Chelsea Flower Show. So they are all "prisoners" obviously, but there is a brief clip of a marching band playing the Radetzky March as they arrive (Arrival) at the flower show. Cannot be a conicidence !!
