There is no liability at that site. One of the reasons that it
just might be allowed is that The Prisoner's Copyright starts
running out in 2017 and the studio may not think it's worth it.
This is under British Copyright Laws, not US Draconian Laws.

I don't follow your logic.

They certainly can't get out of it on the pretext of "fair quoting" and, as
you confirm, they are still covered by copyright.
