Pretender: 2001 / Island of the Haunted

Just released today on DVD. All I can say is it took them long enough.

It's ironic too, because I borrowed a broadcast copy on VHS last week
thinking it would be the only way I'd ever get to see what happens to
everybody after the explosion in the subway tunnel. That's how I knew
they fully expected to run into a season 5 before politics pulled the
plug. Van Sickle even alluded to it in one of his interviews.

We'll never really know, and it matters not anyway, but here it is --
"The Pretender" finale, or the best close they could give us under the
circumstances. It left me satisfied though, and if you haven't seen it
yet, you're in for some surprises well worth the price of admission.
