Not quite. Owen was in Bailey's room all along. The reason is that the
father would often work into the wee hours at the restaurant and, as
such, it would be hard for Owen to sleep in the parents room. It had
been established that when Owen was having rough nights in the crib, the
mother would bring him into the parents room to sleep with the parents.
Julia and Claudia shared the same room. In fact, even when Claudia moved
downstairs, her clothes and some other items were still kept in her old
bedroom that she shared with Julia.
Charlie lived in a dorm. He moved back after his parents died because he
was given guardianship of his siblings to prevent them all from being
put into foster care (Charlie being the only one old enough to be
legally allowed to be a guardian.)

This is correct. It is probably also safe to say that, Charlie and
Bailey shared the same room for some time (probably until Charlie went
to college.)
