Yes u are absolutely right.

The original version should be bought back.

I have been watching it on dvd everyday.

I would be pleased with either the original or the new series format. The
new series tried to live up to the original pretty well.

I'm not sure you can recapture the flavor of the original series. It was a
child of its time.
