Jimmy Neutron nosed out Doug (they showed the new episode from Monday
night)
Rugrats won the head-to-head (I think it was "Angelica Nose Best" -
the head-to-head is only 1/2 of a full episode)
SpongeBob was the "mystery pick"

Another question -- how was this "chosen"? On 10/14, Rocket Power was
"chosen" when a pigeon "pooped" on Otto's picture.
