This was an exclusive offer available for fans of the
original Mystery Science Theater 3000 fan club (when it was just
getting off the ground)...

It is a purple plastic Thermos brand lunchbox
(white handle), with a picture of Joel, Gypsy,
Crow, and Tom Servo on the front and a picture
of the evil doctor and his sidekick on the inside!

Great item for MST3k collectors or for those who
enjoyed the old shows more than the new ones.

Lunchbox is in wonderful condition.
No thermos (there was never one made for this lunchbox)

Go here to bid:

Sorry for the sales post, there just doesn't seem to be a marketplace
ng better suited for it.

If by "the original Mystery Science Theater 3000 fan club," you mean
from the KTMA days, this is not the case. The lunchbox was not being
offered at that time. If you mean the Fan Club/Info Club started after
the show went national, it's the same Info Club that exists today. And
I ordered my lunchbox in 1993, when the Info Club already had over
30,000 members.

That's not entirely true. The MST3K lunchbox did come with a Thermos,
although it wasn't embellished with pictures from the TV show. It was
white with a purple cup that matched the color of the lunchbox.

I'm not trying to dissuade anyone from bidding on the ebay offer, but
I think they should have their facts straight before doing so. :-)
