Hi!

Anybody out there know Andrew Koehler?

He owes me three eps of MST3K from last May. He hasn't responded to
any e-mail messages since then, but he has cashed the check...

Andrew, if you're out there, I'd like my eps, or my money returned,
please...

Andrew Koehler did the same with me. I sent him a check over two
months ago. He cashed it and thats it. He was very responsive and
helpful when we were working out a deal but he hasn't responded to a
single email since. He has my money and doesn't seem interested in
sending what I paid for.

I don't think he's disappeared. On one email list someone mentioned
she was exchanging emails with him to do a purchase.

If you want to deal with him, its your money but you should probably
spend it with the traders who actually send merchandise.

I'm getting quite unhappy with him and have sent complaints to
geocities. I don't think they especially care if a customer is engaged
in fraud. I was thinking of going to the postal inspectors next. If
anybody has had problems with this toad please let me know. A list of
victims might impress the authorities.

If you want to get together to deal with this, please send me emails
rather than through the list. In case my email got messed up in the
header its har...@pcisys.net

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's going to be questionable
how interested the postal authorities are going to be in investigating
something that is technically illegal anyway (that is, trading duplicated
copyrighted material).

Like those people who go to the cops and say, "My roommate stole my drugs!"
(It happens!)

(And I know, this is going to generate a flurry of replies where people try
to say it's not illegal. Take a deep breathe. Relax. Now. Yes it is,
BBI has just been lenient in their philosophy on this. But a "Keep
Circulating the tapes" message on seasons 1-4 doesn't give carte blanche.
That doesn't change the laws. It does however mean that they probably can't
be bothered and accept the situation. But trying to bring in postal
authorities on mail fraud dealing in merchandise that technically isn't
legal in the first place isn't going to get you too far).
