Anyone know of any bit torrent sites with MST3K episodes? I need pretty much
everything, so even if they only have one episode I still would be
interested. I've been getting what I can off of the comedy newsgroup. But I
hate to ask for all of my fills, because I don't have anything to give back.
Thanks in advance. MC

I don't know about bit torrent sites (haven't used any in a while)

But if you are willing to put up with emule, and are willing to join a
militant site (lol) www.dapcentral.org has every non-released episode.

Okay, is "bit torrent" a phrase I am expected to know the meaning of now?

'Cause I don't.

Remove "fortable" from the end of the "reply to" address to send email.

For the latest information on MST3K, turn your crank to
http://www.mst3kinfo.com - Satellite News - The Official MST3K Info Club Web
site.

Thanks, Sampo, glad to know I'm not the only one! I just don't have the
time to keep up with the latest in Internet developments anymore! :-)

Here's an FAQ Google turned up- http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/FAQ.html
It seems to speak to the more technical aspects of running the program, but
apparently it's just a type of file sharing network.

Yeah, it's just a way to share files without going through a program like
kazaa or something. However, i did install eDonkey and there are quite a few
episodes available. I found one torrent site with MST3K on it.

Is there a trick to DAP? I see eDonkey links to episodes, but how do you
download? Just curious. Thanks again for my response and e-mails. MC

Reading the FAQ usually helps.

Yeah man that DAP place is really crazy. They have this thing called
the "FAQ" that tells you exactly how to download the files. Screw that man
if I wanted to read stuff I would've stayed in school.

I read that FAQ and what I want to know is how do I get a file to
share so that I'm not ignored by the server.

Any file will do.

Anyhoo, this really isn't the place for tech support, why not use
dapcentral.org instead?

Lies.
That question is covered in the FAQ.

I put a file in my shared folder and I still get the ignored

So, what do you suggest we do about that?

Should we troubleshoot by posting messages here every once in while or
are you going to take my advice a couple of messages back?

And if you can't understand the FAQ, visit Dap's IRC channel and be done
with it. Hell, someone can help you out no probs.
