I'm not 100% sure, but I remember reading that Ashlyn Gere uses a different name
for her non-pornographic projects.
So it might have been Ashlyn herself in the Millennium episode.

Last August I saw a " show" she did. I got to meet her after her set. I asked
her about any other projects she was going to do(mainstream). She did mention
she was offered a role on Millennium". She also said she was using her married
name Kimberly Patton.

On the contrary, I find the cast of Millennium to be one of (if not
*the*) best on TV. Sadly, it's also one of the most underrated. Lance
Henriksen, Megan Gallagher, and Terry O'Quinn are three of the finest
actors you can find on the small screen. And you just might want to
rethink that last part about not winning awards. Check the post JH
made earlier about Brittany's triumph.

Suggest you watch a few good porn movies. Even on the best, the acting is
something to be overlooked at best. Ashlyn Gere is the best actress to ever
lace up a pair of stilleto heels (so to speak) on a porn set but there aren't a
lot of other folk there who can act (Melissa Hill may be her only competition.)
The Millenium cast is truly one of the best ever assembled for a television
series. Lance, Terry and Megan are all very good actors. I know I won't
change your opinion but wanted to offer my different view.

I'd never heard of Ashly Gere before, but I thought she, or Kimberly
Whatever, was superb in Owls. In Roosters, she didn't have much of a
part. But she did more acting in the first one with her eyes than the
rest of the cast put together, and they _are_ very good actors.
Back to Lara Means. Big disappointment in tonight's show. I think what
bothered me was that, instead of being analytic and thoughtful, she
became a stock character in the MG. It also struck me as hilarious
seeing her in the commando outfit, with that perfect makeup. Plucked
eyebrows, full glossy lips, etc. She always looks like she's on her way
to or from a fashion shoot.
As I've said before, I don't dislike her character, but I don't think
making her Frank's sidekick is a good use for her. That line about
illegal immigrants entering this country (Vancouver?) by any Means,
Lara, was either a put down of her or a bonbon thrown out to us true
believers.
I wish I knew what to make of tonight's story. This is really starting
to be like X-Files West. With a bow this evening to the Odyssey.
Sirens and headsets? Is Frank having a nervous breakdown?
