Anyway, what does Frank really say? Is "A-veck Play-zeer"...(scuse the
spelling) Latin? Pig Latin? another language? something obvious that I'm
missing??

My embarrassingly bad anglo-Cannuck francais thinks it might be "avec
plaisir" (with pleasure).
