I don't think you could ever get one. Not from the show or in real life. I
don't ever recall seeing her in anything.

Franks mom *did* appear in one episode.It was on a home movie of Franks
wedding,that Hawkeye had taken from Franks footlocker.The role of Franks
mother was played by Larry Linville.

Gary Berghough (sp) who played Radar, also portrayed his mother in a
home movie on M*A*S*H. I thought it looked ridiculous. I couldn't believe
the producers came up with that idea. Would it cost so much to hire an
another actress for a few minutes of filming?

I'm not aware that Frank's mother ever appeared on camera on M*A*S*H
except in the picture he had by his bunk. What episode are we talking
about? "There Is Nothing Like A Nurse", when they watch his wedding
movie?
