Radar wounded on the way to town.
Blake's appendix (not really a wound).
Blake's death due to plane crash (the ultimate price).

We all know what kind of shells they were. :)

Margaret's appendix. Frank's appendix.

BJ's leg shot by master marksman Burns.
Hawkeye's eyes, burnt from a stove in nurses' tent.
Hawkeye's black eye, courtesy of homesick BJ.
Trapper's black eye, courtesy of the opposing boxer.
BJ's hand near-crippled from the autoclave explosion.
Klinger's nose broken from the same explosion.
Klinger's temporary deafness from being too close to an exploding landmine.
Mulcahy's permanent partial deafness from enemy shelling in final episode.
...and I'm sure I could think of a few more.

I think he got his hearing back in AfterMash.
Which brings to mind a Radar line that always makes me chuckle. In his
letter home retelling the story of Mrs P's premonition he says....."Remember
how Aunt 'So-n-so' used to know how something was going to happen whenever
her truss got warm...."
It always makes me laugh.
Yes, you're right - I just wasn't sure whether or not to consider Aftermash
canon, since it flopped quite badly. OTOH, I somewhat enjoyed watching it, but
not enough to warrant second watching through anytime soon. :)

Margaret's "fanny fungus."
Hawkeye gets injured while trapped behind enemy lines with Margaret.
Hawkeye's finger getting caught in the rib spreader during a sudden
power failure.
If you're counting mental wounds, Hawkeye has several cases.
Charles' tooth knocked out by a punch.
Charles' tooth aching.
Charles' back pain.

Tapper, and his bout of flu.
Was BJ ever sick or wounded? I mean, after vomit from the
gory OR?

He almost lost control of his arm after the autoclave exploded on him (same
episode where Klinger broke his nose). They had to call in a specialist,
army's oldest captain.

There was also something about his foot hurting. He was hopping around The
Swamp.

Oh yeah, you're right - he's had an ingrown toenail or something like that. I
think that was when he was trying to annoy CEW as much as possible, and to pit
him against Hotlips.

Well, it happened to the characters whether a large audience saw it or not.
The first season was all right, but the changes to the second season didn't
help but only hurt it.
Not to forget the visiting Swedish Dr who received the worst injury
any man could receive.
Many story lines having to do with injuries such as football player
who lost leg or concert pianist who lost use of right hand.
But, since we're including medical. We should include
relatives. BJ who's been like an ingrown toe nail to me.
Radar, who's been like a fake hot appendix ("he's going to
open me up!") to me. Klinger who's been like a wicked case
of fatigue. Mulcahy who's gone deaf. Igor who had food
poisoning.... [Strains of battle hymn of the Republic are
being hummed....]

And you're right, the Sweedish doctor was, uh, really in
embarassing moment. "You know; the big couldn't." Margaret
was truly compassionate and graceful.
