Can anyone confirm the actress who played this "extra" nurse?

I think her name was Laurie Bates, but I'm not sure. She was the
blonde nurse rolling the cart at the beginning of the season seven
episode "Our Finest Hour." She walks right in front
of Clete Roberts just before he says "Good Evening" at the beginning
of
the show. She is also in the season seven "None Like It Hot" episode.
She wears a yellow and white striped tank top and can be seen in a
couple scenes
in the episode. For example, she is in the mess tent and later in the
scene where
the nurses invade Radar while he takes a bath. Laurie Bates did have
speaking 3 credits; 1 during season 7 and two during season 9. It
appears that all of her
credits were one line speaking parts. She had one line in "Dear
Comrade"
during season seven and "A War for All Seasons" and "Bottom's
Up" in season nine. While she is not credited, this actress does seem
to appear in many of
the other season 7, 8, 9 and 10 episodes. The last I see of her is in
the early
episodes of season ten. Of course, I could be incorrect--her
appearance did change
slightly over the seasons. For example, in seasons 9 and 10, she has
bangs whereas
she did not in the earlier seasons. I am correct that this is the
same actress--Laurie Bates? If so, anyone know what happened to her?
Was she in anything else worth watching? Thanks for your help!

Yes that is Lori Bates she is a friend of mine and my ex wife was her best friend growing up,,,..... Shane
