M*A*S*H* spinoffs - I need to know what I can

Hey,
I've always been a big fan of MASH but was far too young to watch the
first-run episodes of the series and obviously far too young to see the
spinoffs.
From what I hear there were three spinoffs
1. Trapper, John M.D.
2. W*A*L*T*E*R
3. After MASH
Were they any good? Will they come to DVD boxset?
And while on the subject of MASH, will there be special features on any of
the MASH boxsets? Because I'd like to see that reunion special with the
cast on one of the season boxsets (we just got Season 7 in Australia on DVD)
