RIP Mac. Um was it an inside joke that his real last name is MacKay
and his character's name was "Mac" on Magnum PI?

I agree about that scene. I saw it when it orginally aired, was stunned by
it, and never forgot it. What season was it in, and what is the name of the
episode? I am still collecting season sets. Also, I am sorry to hear of
Mac's death. I enjoyed his role on Magnum.
