For those who missed my earlier announcement I'll be offline for a while.
My ISP is discontinuing it's text only service. This time my period
offline will be a little longer because, unlike last time, I not only
have to deal with the holiday season but with the fact that I'm
unemployed. I'll still have e mail, (put this in your addressbook)
tha...@tcfreenet.org, but no Usenet feed. CJ has promised me help in
posting articles but until I find a new ISP, Dudley Doright will be the
acting King of the MBC. Merry Christmas & a happy New Year!

David,

Take care and be safe during this Holiday season,
and good luck finding the best job you've ever had!
I'll be praying for you. :-)

Love,
Carolyne in TX

Hey!! You will get spelling correct if Andy is posting stuff for you!!
Andy, do me a favor and misspell a few words so I won't miss Tharpomarx too
much! I have to take out my aggression somewhere!! ;-}

Actually, if CJ posts a disclaimer and then posts KBS's messages, he may post
them with the misspellings intact. You may still take out your aggressions
directly on KBS, not on CJ. We wouldn't want you to get misled! We can't have
you displacing aggressions on CJ. We prize him on this newsgroup. As to the
other, well, you know where we stand on that issue.

To everyone else, happy holidays!

this might be something that was answered before I came along, but if
you have access to email then you should have access to the web,
therefore you have access to dejanews where you should be able to read
the alt.tv.may newsgroup

Not true in all cases. Some of the textbrowsers have refrained from carrying
access to the web. If you use Pine, you have to go to a different browser
other than the one used for email. I can access the web through either the
Lynx or through my ISP (AOL), but if I access the Lynx through my Uni's
server, some email sites, such as hotmail, excite, and others, are only
allowing users with access to the web to access their sites. The text browsers
were excluded earlier this year from accessing said email sites.

There will be no displacement of aggression on CJ. I know he is only the
deliverer of said possible subjects. The aggression will be directed to KBS, so
no worries!!
