Sorry for the delay. Wiki made me think this week was a rerun. Then I
got busy.
As Mr. Gold attempts to uncover August's true identity, Emma confronts
Regina about her involvement in Kathryn's disappearance and David
attempts to reconcile with Mary Margaret. Meanwhile, Rumpelstiltskin's
backstory continues to be revealed along with his attempt to transform
back into a human and restart living a normal life with his son.

did discover the original purpose of the curse, though, and what's in
it for Gold. Until he finds his son, he can't really be rooting for
Emma, yet he's not on Regina's side either.

Pinocchio and now I'm thinking he's just Pinocchio. Once again Robert
Carlyle shows how good of an actor he is.

show and in the promo for next week, where they put together a couple
of scenes and dialogue to connect the two of them. August definitely
has a problem with his legs. Are they turning back into wood? If you
look at the promo photos for the next episode, you can see that there
may also be a connection to the leg problem he had when he approached
the shoreline with Emma in an earlier episode:

I was wondering if the little dog figurine that August used as a
paperweight was some kind of clue. At least I think it was a dog. It
was hard to see clearly because the room was dark.
When we first saw Pinocchio in the pilot, he was sanding a whale
carving (http://onceuponatime.wikia.com/wiki/Pinocchio ), a reference
to Monstro. I think Dr. Whale looks more like young Pinocchio than
August does, although the hair color is still different.

It was a donkey. That would be appropriate for Pinocchio, of course.

Pinocchio, but I don't know how that idea arose. The only thing I'd
ever noticed is that August's typewriter is the colors of a tree: brown

episodes that August was Baelfire and now he turns out not to be. So
they may be dropping too many clues now pointing to Pinnochio, but he
won't be.

Whale's pursuit of all the female patrons of Storybooke may be a
indication that Pleasure Island reform school P attended didn't have a
lasting effect into adulthood, and that lying Dr Whale is still an ass.
This is just a guess, even the spoilers out there don't point in this
direction with most fan posts indicating August is Pinocchio.
I have read that Pinocchio's ID won't be revealed until season 2. But with
the fake DNA evidence of Katheryn coming to light, if Whale is involved,
his woody driven tail chasing ways may soon be cut short.
I watched the Disney animated Pinocchio film a couple weeks ago. When P
and Jiminy first begin their search underwater for Geppetto they spent
what seems like hours in the ocean talking to the fish.
And then near the movie climax, Pinocchio drowns! Say What?

And which employee gave him the heart? I thought that was a bizarre
detail.

and then years later Gepetto used wood from that tree to create Pinocchio.
