If tomorrow nights episode, "Expose'" (Wed March 28, 2007) plays out like
the rumors are saying it will, then the March 4, 1948 crystal ball for
Lost is uncanny in it's revelations.

How the real world date of March 4, 1948 is derived from Hurley's numbers

Search Google Groups for "March 4, 1948" for more findings. Remember when
"The Clock" post was made, I had no idea how or when the Nikki tie-in
would appear. Hell, Nikki wasn't even a Lost character at that time.

Again, it appears the Lost creators are taking real world events (life
stories, historical events, radio shows, comics, and movies) that occurred
on March 4, 1948, and are weaving those events into the Lost saga.

Did Paulo kill old man Zuckerman for Nikki?
"The Clock" storyline reveals Nicky (male)is on death row for the murder
of a man, whose wife he coveted. Nicky gets the electric chair, but
arranges an escape that goes bad. Then he appears to die anyway, but he
doesn't know it. "The Clock" episode was titled "Nicky" or "Don't Bury me,
I'm Not Dead"

If "Lost" could have ties to other anthology radio dramas -- "Suspense" and "Escape!", both via their episode adaptations of "The Lost Special" -- then why not an episode of "The Clock"?

Thanks, I'll have to listen some time.

Maybe also a weak connection via the title to "Watchmen" via the clock symbol of the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists. Probably just fortuitous, nowhere near as
strong as the title connection of the "Mystery Tales" comic to A.C. Doyle's "Tales of Mystery" in his "Tales of Terror and Mystery" and via that and the
comic cover art back to "The Lost Special".
