I thought that was a very good ep. That Tez character wasn't really
necessary, I don't think (I think Warner Bros. just wanted to experiment
with some new special FX), but WOW!
WAFF city! At the part nearing the end, where Lois opened the door, said
'hi' to Clark, and then just fell into his arms--I melted! If you'd have
come into the room at that point, you would've seen a puddle on the floor
(good metaphor, eh?)!
And I liked the very end. It wasn't AS WAFFy, but I thought it was nice
that the fact that because she knew him so well, and they loved each
other so much, it allowed him to speak to her telepathically. Y'know, if
he could do that once, he could probably do that any time he's alone.
They wouldn't really be cut off from communication. Unless he had to
fight this NOR person all the time.
About this TEZ character. Does anyone else think he was kind of useless?
I mean, he was there for about 15 minutes before he was defeated. I do
have to admit, though, that when Tez was disguised as Martha, and was
TRYING to stab Clark in the back with rod after rod, THAT had me LOLROTF!
But I have a question. If Superman had to leave, how on EARTH (no pun
intended) is Lois going to explain where Clark went? I mean, Supes is
gonna be gone for quite some time, right? So what's she gonna say? "Oh,
he's on assignment overseas..." I don't think so!
But all in all, I liked that episode, and can't wait for the two hour
premiere in September. 12 weeks and counting...
Sincerely,
Gina Blank =)
"What? That voice in your head?"
"No. A bridge collapsing."
"Oh. Oh, good! ...I mean..."
I agree! Tez was kind of just there, but the special effects were great!

Me too! I don't think I have ever cried this much when watching before!

I was also LOLROTF! It was so fun to see Ma and Pa Kent and Jimmy being
able to do something a little more in their roles!

I have been wondering, like everyone else, the same thing!

i don't think i can do it! when i was watching the first couple of seasons, i
didn't have this ng; this group has really enabled me to become addicted!
i'm still getting misty-eyed when i think of all those WAFFy scenes. that was
at least a 1/2 a tissue box night!
