I have a rent box at the UPS store. I've been getting my mail there
since last century.
So this morning I go into the store. Besides picking up my mail I have
package to mail.
There is only clerk on duty and two customers at the counter.
The clerk says hello to me and I go sit to wait my turn.
Two more customers walk in separately. First a black man and then a
white woman. Both appear to be in their 20s.
After the clerk finishes with the two customers that were already in the
store she then handled the two new customers who came in after me.
As an old white man I was a victim of racial and gender and age
discrimination!

It was not the first time I've been a victim of racial discrimination.
Many years ago I was visting the Baha'i Center in Los Angeles.
I was the only customer in the book store and was making a purchase at
the counter.
A black person came in. The clerk [a white female] rather than say to
the black person that she would help them shortly immediately left me in
mid purchase and spent several minutes with the black person before
returning to me.

behavior. Try staking out the store for a few months and see if your

guess the staff is not on the high end of intelligence scale. There is an
old saying -- "Do not attribute to malice that which can be explained by
incompetance."

woman interrupted me. The shop guy turned his attention to her and
ignored my subsequent entreaties to continue serving me.
So I am a victim of sexual discrimination. And it makes me really sad.
