Medicaid available!
Oh, have you ever had to apply for such services?
I know people who have in one case the husband and wife were living on
her Social Security and when he tried for Medicate he was turned down
since his wife made TOO MUCH money. Oh they did get food stamps.

The program is not based upon need but rather upon eligibility.
Property determines eligibility.
Once eligible then income determines whether one qualifies for "free"
coverage or has a "share-of-cost".
The "share-of-cost" is not like a monthly premium that one pays out but
rather is like a deductable that one pays first. If a person has no
medical expenses in a given month they pay nothing.
