SVU "Clock" -- Okay, I give up...

Can anyone identify the actress who played Janey, 17-year-old girl
with Turner (?) syndrome, so I can look her up and perhaps find out
how old she is in real life?

I noticed, or at least *think* I noticed, that when she and the
adult male actor had their kissing scene at the end of the episode
they seemed to be faking the mouth-to-mouth contact, with her lips
actually touching his chin and his, I assume, some point off to the
side of her mouth, with the camera angle _almost_ making the
illusion work.

I think she might be around 17 1/2. A February 2005 press release
mentioned she was 16 at the time.

This is the only source which refers to her age that I can find. It
states she's 18. Was she 18 at the time this episode was shot? Still
unknown.
