No love or hate for this yet? No spoilers here, just a couple of

Why use only some old names (Michael, Birkoff)? I guess I get not
using the dead ones, but this seems a little silly. Also, why "the
Division" and not "Section"? I can't imagine there was a legal issue.
The show itself has promis. Not great, but it was only the pilot.

Division, because that's what 24 used. It's all about attracteing
fans from the maximum number of shows. Michael had to stay the same,
because it was Michael in Nikita and Alias and of course Nikita since
that's where the WB gets the most requests from. La Femme Nikita
fans! We've been asking for a show forever. I like it for the first
episode. I wana see a lot of character development though.
