Spiral Fitness with David Carradine and Rob Moses

First of all. I'm new to this newsgruop, so hello all. The PBS special
"Spiral Fitness with David Carradine and Rob Moses" is airing right
now so check your local PBS station for times to see if they are
carrying the special.

I'm from Southern California and Rob is from my home town. So thats
why I'm posting. When Rob left for Canada to work on KF:TLC I kinda
lost out being able to hang with the local south bay kung fu brothers,
since the jamming was at Rob's house at that time.

I last saw him Nov. 2005 at a music reunion. And got to check out some
of the spiral concepts first hand, right there outside the club. It's
always great to see my old friend, and he had just returned from
living in Hawaii.
