I really don't know anymore about it, but it's probably called

whatever information regarding this show, it's greatly appreciated.
I'm also looking for tapes from the show.
thanks.
Perhaps you're thinking of Patrick Duffy's 1977 (pre-Dallas)
program entitled "The Man From Atlantis"?
arb
It was "The Man from Atlantis" starring Patrick Duffey (from the show
Dallas). He had webbed fingers and webbed toes and wore speedos all the
time.

Patrick Duffy (Bobby from 'Dallas') played the fish-man.

Good Luck.
I myself am looking for tapes of a very short lived TV show,
named "Quark", starring Richard Benjamin.
It WUZ funny!

I think you are thinking of "Man from Atlantis" starring that ever
popular actor from Dallas and Step-by-Step, Patrick Duffy. I remember
he had webbed fingers, and that's about all that I remember.

The show that you are thinking from is called The Man from Atlantis.
The show stared Patrick Duffy form "Dallas" and now in the sitcom
Step by Step. I have never seen any episodes on tape but your local
Blockbuster Video should have the movie on cassette.

Wasn't there a show from the 60's called "Gill-Boy"? I think it starred
Dean Stockwell and Desi Arnaz, Jr. as the Gill-Boy. I may still have a

It was called "The Man from Atlantis", and starred Patrick Duffy (who
later went on to star as Bobby Ewing on "Dallas") and Belinda? Montgomery
(definitely Montgomery, but not Elizabeth of "Bewitched"). It ran for
only a couple seasons, around 1977-79(?). I'm not sure of the exact
years, but it was when I was probably a sophomore or junior in high
school. (Oops, I just gave away my age...)

It's called "Last Citizen of Atlantis" and it should be available in
syndication.

Who can forget Adam Quark the space-garbage man? Along with the Betty's, the

Likewise, it should be available in syndication through ABC.

As everyone has probably told you by now it's "The Man from Atlantis"
starring Patrick Duffy. If I remember the story (I was about 4 at the
time) there was a research submarine and they happened to meet the
last/lost Atlantian. He acted much in the same role as Darwin on SeaQuest
(ie. going out and doing things divers can't do), but he didn't have an
annoying little kid as his keeper.
He was kind of an Aquaman lite. He was stronger than land folks (I think
they explaind it was like this so he could withstand ocean depths and
because he essentially spent 24 hours a day swiming). He looked like a
normal human except that he had small webs between his fingers, and he
wore a really ugly pair of yellow speedos. He got weak/hurt if he was
away from water for too long.
The submarine had a cool "water lock" that impressed the heck out of me
back then (give me a break, I was four), but no torpedos (bummer). Oh,
and the Atlantian swam "dolphin style" I beleive that the story ends with
them actually finding Atlantis and he is charged/tortured for some crime
or another (just remember what looked like a pexiglass phone booth and
three ping-pong balls bouncing around that would hurt if they thouched
him)
Hope this helps

He sure did. Didn't they revamp the show after a while? I think he
started living on a underwater lab "attached" to a nearby island. I can
vaguely recall a little girl and a salty old sea Captain (along with a
parrot).
Anyone remember when he went diving using the hose-gizmo, and the little
girl squeezed lemon juice down the hose?

The bisexual transmute? Could somebody refresh my memory?
What about the fight scenes - the budget was so low, they used the one ship
(Quark's) in each shot.

The woman who was on "Man from Atlantis was named Elizabeth J. Montgomery,

If you're going to cross-post to that many topics, you should really
try to get it right; try "Belinda J. Montgomery."
....And there was never a problem with confusing her with Mrs. Asher.
She added the "J" in, some time around the mid-seventies, for other reasons.

Aw, man, don't provoke this guy! I've already done some checking on his
usenet background. He's got nothing better to do with his time than to
engage in flamewars, consistently using the most foul language available.
He basically dominates alt.tv.robotech, effectively keeping it from
discussing anything to do with Robotech. This letter of his is normal
coming from him. By the way, he's also a regular on alt.fetish.feet or
something like that, and a few other anime and sex newsgroups.
Personally, I'd rather just let him rant. You'll note I've removed
alt.tv.robotech from the command line. They've got enough posts against
him already.
*His* newsgroup? Speaking of one of the denziens of alt.tv.robotech,
I can not only say that the newsgroup does not belong to him, but so
far as I can tell, he hasn't actually posted anything but bile and
flammage on alt.tv.robotech. God forbid he should post content.
I dislike spam and idle cross-posts as much as the next guy, but the
people generating spam won't be deterred just because Bob Bitchin' spews
against people who are similarly victimized in these newsgroups.
: If you fuckers can't
: delete alt.tv.robotech from the newsgroup send line, then you're going
: to piss my ass off, and trust me when I say you don't want to do that.
Yeah. He might say bad things about you.
: I will personally come to all of the listed newsgroups and fuck with
: each and every one of you. I'll troll the newsgroup you're in, flame
: people, ask retarded questions, and basically fuck up any on-topic
: post you can throw at me.
Since this is pretty much what hs does on "his" newsgroup *anyway*, I
rather see this as an idle threat.
: I have a lot of time on my hands,
Apparently so.
: and my credentials speak for themselves.
And they say: "Net-pest 2nd Class"
: How about it? You want to test me?
On behalf of the *serious* posters on alt.tv.robotech, I'd like to apologize
