I have been wathing the series on G4TV and remembered that Richard
Anderson was in the first episode as part of the team who gave Michael
Long the new face. Tnhen wasn't it Richard who also gave new body
parts to Jamie Summers and Steve Austin (The 6 Million Dollar Man and
the Bionic Woman). did anyone else pick up this coincidence?

I was just about to tell you you were an idiot ... then I realised you did
not mean Richard Dean Anderson (Macgyver). :-)

Richard Anderson (without the "Dean" middle name) appeared in quite a few
shows around that era, the era of proper TV entertainment. He appeared in:
The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman, Charlie's Angels, Knight
Rider, Remington Steele, Simon & Simon, and more.

Thankfully some of these shows are coming back to TV on a new Sky TV
channel being launched here in New Zealand in May. William Shatner was
here recently to film promo adverts for the channel. :-)

I don't know if Knight Rider will be on the new Sky channel here in New
Zealand, but it does play from time to time one of the normal free-to-air
channels though. :-)

Did Richard Anderson's roles revolve around boady part replacement -
one way or the other - in the other series' you mentioned?

I don't think so, but it has been a long time since I've seen the shows
(and I haven't seen everything he was in).
