While appearing on ABC’s The View on Friday, Keith Olbermann doubled-
down on his claims that President Donald Trump and his family are doing
more damage to the United States than Islamic terrorists who have
murdered thousands of Americans.
Olbermann attacked Donald Trump Jr. over Twitter on Thursday, accusing
his family of doing more damage to America than Osama bin Laden and
ISIS combined — offering no evidence to support his outrageous claims.
Keith Olbermann
Why do you separate yourself from the terrorists, Dondi?
You and your family have done more damage to America than
Bin Laden + ISIS combined

In response to that tweet, co-host Sunny Hostin asked Olbermann if he
actually believes that.
“Yes,” Olbermann replied. “Yeah, we did really well after 9/11, I don’t
think the country has given itself enough credit for what we did not do
after 9/11… we did not restrict all of the freedoms in this country, we
did not single out people.”

Not only were Olbermann's claims absurd and highly offensive to those
who have lost loved ones at the hands of Islamic terrorism, his
statement that freedoms were not restricted in the U.S. and people were
not targeted post 9/11 is a lie.
Parts of the USA Patriot Act, which was signed into law the month
following the 9/11 attacks, were later deemed to be unconstitutional.
"U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken ruled that the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act, as amended by the Patriot Act, 'now permits the
executive branch of government to conduct surveillance and searches of
American citizens without satisfying the probable cause requirements of
the Fourth Amendment,'" NBC News reported in 2007.
In 2001, the year of the 9/11 attacks, assaults against Muslims
skyrocketed 775% compared to the previous year, according to Pew
Research.

Dems & the media want Trump to be more like Obama, but then he'd
have to audit liberals & wire tap reporters' phones.
