Loved the glacier that passed from Harriet to Bud when Mikey spilt the beans
about the Star Trek connection.
As to the return of Harm to JAG, I'm sure the office will be too quiet for a
while then Big AJ will try to recruit him back.

I think they just decided not to base an episode on it this time. "Had off
screen" you might say. The James Kirk thing was VERY funny.

As others have mentioned, you didn't miss anything. The baby was born
sometime between the two episodes. It would have been nice to have a
brief mention of it before the reference to the upcoming christening.

That whole part of the scene was great. As soon as someone called the
baby "Jimmy" and asked about his middle name, then Harriet started on
about the traditional Celtic name "Kirk," I knew that Bud had pulled
a fast one on her. :-) Then he saw Mike catch on and tried to get him
to keep quiet with the "ixnay on the amenay" remark, but either Mike
didn't hear him or chose to ignore him, and I knew that Bud was about
to be in big trouble. ;-)

Hey, both of his kids are named after Admirals :)
I think the christening was an indication that several weeks had
passed. Can't help thinking that there must be some sort of training
involved with CIA work.

How could she not already know? While that was cute, it just wasn't
plausible.
LOL! Bud could try that line of reasoning with Harriet, but somehow
I don't think that it would smooth things over...

For Harriet? Yeah, it's plausible:) Her character tends to miss the obvious.

ROTFL! Good point!

Harriet is married to a Trekkie. Unless she has left the room every
time the subject came up or whenever Bud played a tape, this should be
a very familiar name.

That's what I meant by missing the obvious:)

I figured he was referring to his ability as a pilot -- he mentioned
his Stearman -- rather than some Company-specific rating. But have
we ever seen him operate a heavy transport? I don't know how much
the abilities cross over, but short of a commercial jetliner, isn't
a C130 the polar opposite of the fighters he usually flies?

Harm is natural "stick and rudder" pilot. He can fly almost anything, even
without previous training. Here is a partial list of the aircraft that Harm
has piloted:
In the season 1 episode "Smoked", Harm flew and landed the business jet. He
also took that plane aerobatic.
In the season 1 episode "Black Ops", Harm flew the AWACS-enabled DC-3 (OK
everyone jump on me because its not a DC-3).
In the season 1 episode "Recovery", Harm flew and landed the Shuttle
emulator.
In the season 2 episode "Full Engagement", Harm flew his Stearman for the
first time. He subsequently flew the Stearman several other times.
In the season 3 episode "Tiger, Tiger", Harm tells Josh that he can fly the
helicopter (Sea Stallion?).
In the season 3 episode "To Russia With Love", Harm flies the MIG-29 (a
Russian F-14 rip-off).
In the season 4 episode "The Black Jet", Harm flies the F-117 and does a
carrier landing!
In the season 5 episode "The Bridge at Kang So Ri", Harm takes over the
controls of the 747.
It isn't too much of a stretch to believe that he qualified in seven
aircraft types.
The next big question is: How many of the Navy's F-14s has Harm killed? I
get the feeling that he would granted "Ace" status in any other country's
air force :)
Yeah, I'm waiting for Harm to crash his first CIA plane.
