What is Flagra?

I dont know if thats the exact name, but the chefs keep using something
called flagra...it looks like some giant brown noodle or something. Any help
on what it is?

I think you mean "foie-gras" which is considered a delicacy. Basically
it's a fattened up goose's (or in the US's case, more often than not,
duck's) liver.
