The Most Overlooked Insult on IC USA

You know, I never really paid much attention when I first saw this
battle last summer, but I sure caught it this time.

Because there was an IC American (don't even start on why that is the
dumbest thing ever), they had to combine the Iron Chefs Japanese and
Chinese into Iron Chef Asian. Why stop there? Get a Middle Eastern
chef and call him Iron Chef Towelhead! Really, it's ludicrous to throw
the cuisines of a whole continent together and create an Iron Chef.
Can Yamaguchi-san cook Vietnamese, Thai and Korean dishes as well? How
about Mongolian, Indian and Cambodian? If not, DON'T GENERALIZE
BECAUSE YOU'RE CHEAP. Sheesh.

I will give the producers ONE congratulation. Why? Because they had
all four ICs on the platform. I think it would have been great if Iron
Chef Italian Stratta was relegated to the janitor's closet of the MGM
Grand (a la Kobe's distant isolation)
