Just opened it up. There is a place you can upload old I Love
Lucy programs. There are many out there that have become Public
Domain and those are the ones we are after.

The rules of the game are, if someone with a verifiable copyright
contacts us about anything on the site, we will immediately
remove it. Having those items on the site didn't shut down all
the other sites, it was the refusal to remove the copyrighted
material. So, if you are unsure, upload it and let the
copyrighter contact us for removal.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything when I say this, Daryl,
but why take the risk "if" these shows are available on
youtube? I know the Andy Griffith show is, and so is
Gomer Pyle. Back on topic again, I would rather watch
Lucy's other shows....more than I Love Lucy. I never
cared for her husband or for her friends (Vivian's?)
husband. And don't even mention The Beverly Hillbillies.

I was working a ranch in the late 60s when I met Lucille Ball. I
had to go over and drop something off. I went to the front door.
Never do that again. She was a total terror with hired help.
Got it done, got back to the ranch and the owner apologized for
not cluing me in. I thought the neighbors were like everyone
else. I was wrong.

Not everyone wants to wade through the crap on youtube to find
that one or two programs in amongst the clips and things that
have nothing to do with what you wish to watch. I hate that. So
I do it for everyone else.

Believe it or not, Youtube is stolen blind by most of the "Big"
named sites. It's just repackaged to hide that fact. So I steal
from them as well. Fitting, ain't it.

This site is a long way from being really passable. But it's a
start.
