After twelve years, Robin Hartl videotaped her last episode of
Hometime this past August. New programs that feature Robin will
continue to air into early 2005.

Robin has been a part of some of the most interesting and exciting
Hometime projects ever, including Lodge-Style Log Home, House with
Character, and Prairie Home Remodel. She has half-a-dozen Hometime
bathroom projects and over ten kitchen remodels to her credit. While a
member of the Hometime cast, Robin took part in nearly a dozen Habitat
for Humanity projects.

Having appeared in over three hundred episodes, Robin has been with
Hometime longer than any other female co-host. (JoAnne Liebeler,
Hometime's second co-host, was on the show for a little over four
seasons. See Where Are They Now?) Everyone here at Hometime wishes
Robin the best as she finds new ways to share her passion for home
improvement and design.

Starting in late February, Miriam Johnson will begin appearing on
Hometime. Miriam—no relation to Dean—will join regulars Dan, Judd, and
Buki. See Hometime Bios.

Miriam grew up in Minnesota and just moved back to the area after ten
years seeking fame and fortune in Los Angeles. (She reports no luck
with “fame,” a little luck with “fortune.”) She and her husband, Paul,
have just purchased an 80-year-old house and are in the middle of a
complete renovation. Miriam boasts that she is the one more
comfortable operating power tools! Paul is an elementary school
teacher. They share their home with a two-year-old cat, Little.

Miriam enjoys being part of the construction crew and looks forward to
reporting on Hometime projects and on the home-improvement exploits of
her new coworkers. She also looks forward to applying what she learns
on the job to her own home.
