I regret to inform you all that Myles Ferguson died September 29th. This is no
joke... I myself thought it was, until I was able to find solid proof. And I
found his obituary in the Vancouver Classifieds.

Deaths (10/03/00)
FERGUSON _ Myles, born January 3, 1981, passed away September 29, 2000. Beloved
son of Mike and Karen Ferguson. Memorial service will be held Thursday, October
5, at noon, at the North Shore Alliance Church, 201 E. 23rd St., North Van.,

It was just pointed out to me that not everyone will know him by name, who he
is/was. Myles played the evil child immortal Kenny.

for those curious, I have a web page up that is devoted to him.

Thanks for stating the name, I wasn't sure.
That is sad. He really did a good job too! I really disliked the
character, which is what was intended.

How sad for his family to lose him at only 19 yrs. old. I remember meeting him
at Anaheim and how funny it was to see "Kenny" so.. tall <g>. I told him he
was my kids' favorite k'immie, because they thought it was so cool to see a kid
immortal. He really deserves a lot of credit for making Kenny such a memorable
character.

I had another post because it got to the Clan Denial list this morning.

Apparently someone called and the cause of death was a car accident.

Am I the only one who feels just horrible for wanting Kenny dead all these
years?

I mean, I know the difference, but somehow I feel guilty nonetheless.

No, you're not. My (not quite) first thought after hearing the news was
"how ironic - we've been shouting 'kill kenny' for years and now *he*
is dead".

I think this is insensitive. I myself wish they would have killed off the
*character* Kenny. But any idiot can tell Myles was nothing like Kenny.

Myles was a sweet, and caring person. He seemed like a real down to earth
kinda person. I was sure that I would see him and his career go big places.
He was an excellent actor. I'm still having a hard time believing that he's
really dead.

The only comfort is knowing that he has gone to a better place, wherever that
might be.

I still haven't been able to get to the Myles Ferfuson webpage! I
tried today from a different computer and got this message:

Whoops! We're sorry, the page you are looking for cannot be accessed at
the moment.
We are working hard right now to fix this problem. We're really sorry
for the inconvenience.

-Team Angelfire

I hope it's back up soon. I would really like to see it.

Is anyone surprised by this post? This cretin has been a troll from day one.
I just can't decide if he's a malicious troll or just an accidental one. Not
that it matters.

Hey HiRene, lighten up. It's a joke.
And why am I a cretin or a troll? I love Highlander and all their
characters just as much as anyone could. Let's not always be so
serious. I am sad the boy is dead, but I like to think that one of our
heroes caught up with his character and whacked him.
As for anything else I say that may be out of line, well, I am just
having fun here. I am serious at my job and a responsible dad and
husband, so let me be weird and bizarre in this newsgroup.

Now it's time to watch playoff baseball. Go Yankees!

PS- Did you know that the Yankees were originally called the
Highlanders? It's true- circa 1903.
