Really

why did Esme have to Konk poor Ryan in the head?
Will she go to Europe to look for her baby?
I doubt it. Probably going to Paris to mess with Spence and Trina.

Jordan was detained for a bit. Seemingly by the FBI. But yet another
shadowy boss figure appears to be behind it. Yet another character they
probably have not yet cast or defined. And whose gender, location and job
will morph until they figure out what direction this storyline may take.
Could be Pikeman, I suppose. They never fully closed the book on that
storyline.

Christina is pregnant. Story will not get interesting til Blaze absconds
with the baby or something.

Oops I meant Kevin.

Maybe he will return with a switched personality to Ryan.

Personality changes after being hit on the head seems to be a recurrent
theme here.

I would say Esme hit Kevin so she could get out of there right away without having to be "shrunk" by him. I can *almost* understand her doing that, even if it is excessive. It's got to be tedious after a while, especially for someone who is not good at controlling her impulses. Also, it leads to Kevin's hospitalization for additional angst. I really wonder if you are guessing correctly, that Kevin is yet another character whose personality completely changes due to a knock on the head. I'm hoping he's not going to morph into pseudo-Ryan, though. Did we not go through that years ago? The writers do like drinking from the same well repeatedly.
I'd bet Jordan's mystery puppet-master is someone we (and Jordan) already know, which is why their identity was hidden. Which would actually make sense. Although the writers not having the story completely fleshed out yet is just as likely!
I predict Kristina will ultimately deliver a healthy baby to Molly and TJ, but not without medical complications along the way. What Port Charles pregnancy ever runs its course without significant complications? A kidnapping is certainly always possible, though I'm not seeing Blaze as a likely perpetrator. Kidnapped babies are another of the writers' favorite plots.

Yikes! Thanks for the correction. I haven't yet seen the head conking
ep, and that made me worry they had resurrected Psycho Esme's psycho
daddy. Just what we need--another psycho.

Pikeman is pending--part of Sonny's unresolved storyline. Maybe Pikeman
will turn out to be behind what happened to Curtis, and to Anna, too.

Blaze continues to creep me out for some reason. Her behavior seems to
me to be less about romance and more about insecurity. She's borderline
stalkerish. IMO, anyway. I guess if Kristina isn't bothered by it, then
I shouldn't be, either, but still.

If the baby is eventually stolen, Nina is a more likely perp, IMO,
considering how obsessed she is with being a mother. Most people who
can't have their own kids would probably try to adopt one before they'd
go to the lengths she's gone to "obtain" a baby. Of course if they
really want to shake things up in a soap opera-y way, Kristina could
decide postpartum that she just can't bear to part with the little
bundle and enlist Blaze to help her escape to PR to hide out at Blaze's
abuela's place. Or something as equally nutty.

You're right about that! It seems to be a rite of passage for characters
born in that town, to be kidnapped as infants!

He had to be incapacitated so she could carry on with what she'd been
doing when he interrupted her. Kevin is a psychoanalyst and he was
offering to help Esme "change." Psychos don't want to be psychoanalyzed.
They're raging narcissists who believe they're smarter than everyone
else and that there's nothing wrong with *them*. Mustn't tamper with
perfection!

Well, he *has* been conked on the noggin. They might find it hard to
pass up an opportunity for another amnesia story. But hopefully he'll
wake up and just be POed at himself and his wife for having welcomed a
psycho into the family and turned their backs on her. Literally.

Good point. Kristina's misgivings about Blaze seemed to be due only to
Blaze's unwillingness to be out publicly, and not that Blaze made her
feel pressured or stalked. Both should have been red flags, IMO. Another
red flag was that after Kristina ended things, Blaze felt she could show
up a few hours later and work her way back into Kristina's life with a
bag of food. If I had been in Kristina's place, that would have *really*
freaked me out. Yikes.
