Let's see now. They've been in the middle of an allegedly busy highway for, what, 40-50 minutes? And the repetitive conversation is going on an on and shows no sign of ever coming to a conclusion. But wait! Heeeeere's Super Michael who shows up from stage left (writers obviously weren't allowed to show his car because of budget cuts or something).
Go ahead Starr. Make my day. Shoot 'em both!
What? She can't? Oh, I get it. Johnny never leaves a round in the chamber, cause he loves ejecting the clip like real shooters do!
Aaaargh!

could never dislike Sonny. Anyone who has 30+ pets in their home
can't be all bad (MB, not Sonny). Starr, OTOH, has always brought out
the worst in me, I can't help it.

She was over-the-top awful for starters. But when Michael played that
demo disc I nearly had a seizure. Can't act, can't sing, not
particularly pretty, no personality. There's no depth to her at all.
Wait, that must mean that if the soap survives another 20 years, she'll
have taken over the lead from MB, who will eventually be marginalized by
the PTB as they have every other character much over 50.

I have nothing against MB. If he's not an animal hoarder ;-D he's

probably a very nice man who's happy to have steady work. But he's a

Which is why I never feel like I've missed anything at the end of a week
of FFWDing through the Sonny dramas. And I feel like I've been given a
2-for-1 when another character whose dramas I FFWD through is in a scene
with him.

Their product placement deal with Ferrari fell through.

I've been thinking about why all the characters brought in from the
other soap hate Sonny and are focused on revenge against him, and I've
concluded it's because by the end of the day the writers will have every
one of them believing the sun shines forth from his "backside" and the
whole of their story arcs will have been about their metamorphoses from
atheists to believers.

this notorious gangster with a gun in her bag, and Sonny answers the
door himself. Where is all that security everyone is always talking
about? Did Max and Milo have the night off?
Don't get me wrong. I wouldn't have minded if Starr, Anthony or any
two-bit criminal hoping to make a name for himself had shot Sonny in the
doorway and ended my misery once and for all. But it was just so stupid.

have always been a joke. All three of his kids were kidnapped right out of
his house despite his supposed precautions, and people are always wandering
in. When Kate lived next door she was always coming in the back door
without anybody noticing. He had at least one bomb delivered into his
house, and several in his cars, maybe more that I've forgotten and Milo and
Max are still on the payroll!
