How do Tony and Tristian get along?

Scorpio.
I know for awhile that there was tension between him and Tony Geary
(although they had great on-screen chemistry)...They were on GH together in
the 90's but it was very briefly (Tony was still playing Bill Eckhart and
Tristian was wrapping up his run as Scorpio). Does anyone know how they get
along in real life now?
I find it interesting that the characters were best friends but that Luke
never paid much attention to Robin or Mac or that Luke never talks about
Robert now...

I have. It was common knowledge that Tristan Rogers and Anthony Geary

ok...here's what i remember on this. luke thought laura was dead. although she
was on the cassidine island (aka..loa). then he hooked up with holly sutton
(baby come to me) and fell madly in love with her..yada...yada...yada.
then luke went off and got hurt in that avalanche and was laid up in some
chick's house with 2 broken legs for months.
back in pc, everyone believed he was killed and holly mourned his death. robert
was luke's best friend at the time and he comforted holly. holly found out she
was going to be deported *and* she was pregnant with luke's baby! so robert
asked her to marry him. he thought it was more a noble and kind gesture. holly
agreed it would be best. they were NOT in love.
holly lost the baby and robert again was very supportive. after some weeks
together, they realized that they had feelings for another and declared their
love for one another.
then luke returned!! he knocked on robert's door and well, robert had
sumsplanin do to. luke was PISSED!!! he wasn't freinds with robert ever again.
soon, tg left gh but tr stayed. so their friendship on screen, was left this
way.
this was all circa 1984 -1985. robert then went on to find anna alive...and
well, that's another thread!
i never knew off screne they didn't get along. i always saw it as part of the
gh storyline between them.
...
did it make sense not to live for fun?

Apparently not TOO common, as I had never heard this either, and the last I
heard about their relationship was that Tony had supposedly pitched a story plot
to Jill and/or the writers that involved bringing back "Robert."

I was talking about the real life tension between TG & TR......It was to
my understanding and belief) these two had alot of friction 'on the set'
before everyone started leaving. Let's not forget Emma Samms and
Tristan's real life romance and respective split up.
It seemed circa the time you mentioned many key characters packed their
bags and left the audience high and dry. We lost ALOT of good characters
on that show around that time. Slowly.....but surely. -Chrissy

Don't forget now that I said from the start that it was silly. But
given the
fact that the dark haired Lu Lu is the offspring
of blondes, Luke and Laura, wouldn't it be somethig if we learned that
Laura was pregnant
when she was kidnapped. Picture this; 1981
a frightened young girl who is probably confused since she has killed a
man. got married, got raped, got married, got kidnapped,
became a widow, got married. Who would expect this tragic young
heroine to keep up with
certain dates. (If you're not asleep at your keyboard are you following
me?) To make a long story short ( And you might say 'IT'S TO
LATE.") we discover that Nick is a dreaded Spencer alas the hated "black
haired, dark skinned Nicky is the son of the fair skinned, blonde haired
Luke Spencer.

LOL I had my own theory that would make for some interesting familial twists.
Since Helena seems to be such a mad scientist...or has some on the payroll.
What if she has some sort of drug that can cause a woman's body to preserve
sperm for an indefinite period of time, instead of allowing it to die within a
few days as normally happens. When Laura was kidnapped she was given it
immediately which kept Luke's sperm around (maybe it was frozen!), and it didn't
allow her to conceive for a year so that Nikolas is really Luke's son, and what
if Helena gave it to her again before she left the island carrying Stavros'
sperm, and it again didn't wear off for a year, at which time she became
pregnant with Lucky who is really Stavros' son?
That would explain why Nik is so vehement about NOT being part of the Cassadine
family and would also explain why Lucky has fallen under Helena's spell so
completely that he will even do harm to his "cousin."

Well, the other question is "What does Luke and Robert's storyline have to do with
whether or not Tony and Tristan got along??" I had heard that Tony had campaigned
on several occasions to get them to revive Robert Scorpio.
