Sorry for the delay, one of PSU servers in South Park, I mean, South
Halls was down this morning so it took me a while to get this out.

Now it's time to build upon the money we made in Within 20 by playing the Hi/Lo round. The object of the hi/lo round is simple. For the
same three questions, I have now provided an average of all the responses
given in the Within 20 round. Your job is to tell me whether the actual answer is higher or lower than the average. If you are correct,
you win CY$50. Remember, it's the top 50% who get the chance to change their base card.
And now, let's play Hi/Lo...

We asked 100 people the following question:
"Have you smoked a cigarette in the past week?" Within 20, how many of the 100 said that they have?

We asked 100 people the following question:
"Do you believe in astrology, or that the position of the stars and planets can affect people's lives?"
