What are all the shows he hosted? Was it just Showoffs and Make Me Laugh?
When and how did he die? Was he still married to Elaine Joyce at the time?

He also hosted a show called "Fun Factory."
He died in 1980 of brain cancer (he was 49.) He was still married to Joyce at
the time.

Fun Factory(NBC 1976) also.

1981 at age 51 of a brain tumor I think.
