ok....enuff is enuff. :) Patti Deutsch was the wittiest
panelist....people claim she never matched anyone, but its TOTALLY
untrue....she had a VERY high rate of matching in the last round....her
other answers were very witty. The thing is...if u hate her, then u
should hate Brett and Charles as well because they had a similar
record...Cat

My wife read my post about Patti Deutsch, and reminded me of a few things.
First, I personally don't hate Patti Deutsch. We have seen her on other
shows (TT comes to mind with Donald), and didn't find her nearly as bad. But
wasn't Patti the MG celebrity who came up with an answer like "His Uncle
Earl from Pittsburgh" one time? I also think that unlike Joyce Bulifant,
Patti Deutsch's ditziness was an act.

So I'd like to revise my previous post and take Patti out. I don't like her
as much as some of the other panelists because to me she didn't seem to be
trying a good portion of the time, but I stick by Joyce Bulifant.

PS--I know Patti was a redhead, but she fit the "dumb blonde" stereotype
pretty well, just as Debralee Scott did.

It is NOT ditziness....its witty. Patti was a comedy writer
see....comedy writers try to write COMEDY. She didn't act ditzy at all.
Her answers were INTENTIONAL. She wrote them to evoke laughs in the
first rounds or round of the game...Cat
