OK. If PETA was mad when the Survivors at rats, I can imagine how mad they
were when they ate the chickens. I just hope they direct their anger at the
people they should be mad- the show itself. The castaways had not had real
food in what, 18 days now? And the show gives them real chickens. Take a
guess at what they do.

PETA cannot be taken seriously under any circumstances. Go have a burger
/and/ a McChicken today.

Maybe they'll get mad at the lizard creature that killed the third chicken.
According to some of these extremists, nothing should eat animals
for food.  If you don't believe me, go look in a health food supermarket:
you'll see vegetarian dog food and cat food!  I think we should protest
against these folks for being cruel to plants.  Really, why are animals
more important "living things" than plants?  I've heard these folks say they
won't eat honey because it's disrespectful to the bee to take
something from them without being able to properly ask for it.
I guess they've figured out how to properly ask the orange
tree before they pluck off their ovaries.

Some people indeed take it a little too far - i admit i would have been much
more offended if it was a different animal then a chicken - it really
shouldn't matter, but given that we eat chickens and don't eat dogs and
cats, it makes it much more acceptable to kill the chickens.

T O M! :)
