Well, just as most everyone else, here is my ultimate list...

All times are eastern...

9A -- Card Sharks / Jim Perry

Keep the theme, and the format the same. A little touch-up paint should work
fine.

930 -- WHEW! / Tom Kennedy

Skip the bonus round before the Gauntlet, double the cash values on the charge
boards.

10A -- Gambit / Wink Martindale

Keep the show in L.A., not much else to really change...

1030 -- Hollywood Squares / Peter Marshall

Bring back either of the 70's themes. Keep it to just one regular star in the
center square. Strong candidates for the center square job (remember this is a
wishful thinking lineup of shows -- Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, The Smothers
Brothers and Johnny Carson.) Stay in L.A. -- no travelling shows, and please
NOOOOO Roseanne, Shadoe or Jm J. PLEEEASSEE!!!

11A -- The Price is Right / Bob Barker

Can't change an institution.

12N -- Password / Chuck Woolery

He'd make a great lunch-time host for a show, and don't be so limited to the set
itself -- Convy's Super Password set looked so empty!!! Keep the door though!

1230 -- Wordplay / Art James

Another host to have lunch with. This was a good show IMHO, but liven up the
set a little -- more colors.

1P -- Blackout / Bob Goen

As I have stated earlier, don't change much except using the Super Password
style puzzle boards instead of one-liner, fill in the blanks puzzles.

130 -- Talkabout / Geoff Edwards

Let G/T design the set. The concept was good but the set can be a little more
bigger

2P -- Blockbusters / Bill Rafferty

I favor a 3 vs 2 setup. Maybe bonus bucks spaces (revealed to the home
audience at the start of the game) which would earn the team (if any) which
captures that space $250 per.

230 -- Press Your Luck / Peter Tomarken

Bring back the old Whammy Cartoons and mix with the new. All of the special
squares (Lose a Whammy/Double Your Bucks...) should remain & be included in
the first round as well. How about a "Double Your Next Spin" space... Player
may take the option to double their next spin or pass that option to another
player. Could be 2 Whammys, $10,000, or 2 Flocotti (sp?) Rugs...

3P -- Match Game / Dick Martin (Remember Dickie-poo??)

Dick could create a party atmosphere for MG, as he did with Laugh In and the
times he was on the MG panel. I think he could read the questions in a very
humorous way as well...

330 -- The Gong Show / Leslie Nielsen

A sarcastic host for a sarcastic show. Could attract the next generation of g/s
viewers after school... Bring Back Jamie, Jaye P., Arte, and add an extra space
for another celeb. There were too many 30 pt. ties in the scoring.

4P -- The Newlywed Game / Bob Eubanks

Another don't mess with tradition show. Remember the Paul Rodriguez
version?? 'Nuff said!!

430 -- The Dating Game / Jim Lange

Make Friday's a Celeb Day with one of the 3 Bachelor(ette)s each round a celeb
and/or the contestant a celeb, like back in the 60's. Bring back the cheesy Herb
Alpert music. Again keeps the younger kids glued to the tube as well.

7P -- Wheel of Fortune / Pat Sajak

Although this is one of my least favorites of the list, I remain an equal
opportunity programmer.

730 -- Jeopardy / Alex Trebek

Another tradition not to fool with if you include the duration of the other 2
versions of J!...Well, 1 and a half!

SUNDAY EVENING:
8P -- To Tell The Truth / Gordon Elliott

Gordon could draw more Kitty's and Peggy's to the panel than most of the other
hosts. We just have to get him to convert back to the Game Show congregation.

830 -- Whats My Line / Peter Marshall

Peter could be a very laid back host and let the stars set the course of the show
(ala HS).

FRIDAY EVENING:
8P -- Collegiate Beat The Clock / Gene Wood

College Kids would do anything for money--Since they don't have any!! Keep
away from the sloppy double-dare styled stunts.

830 -- Monopoly / Chuck Woolery

It could work if you get a good looking model on a Friday Night to co-host the
show!!!
