You may not use the name Eric John Paddon when discussing What's My
Line in tv.com forum, but the name is still on your birth certificate.
That document lists your date and place of birth, father's name and
mother's maiden name.

Are you reading this, Matt Ottinger? You used to defend Eric Paddon
in this Usenet group: alt.tv.game-shows
These facts that identify Eric are well-known to several members of
the Internet Engineering Task Force. They acquired the facts after
receiving complaints from several people about veiled threats that
appear in his comments on the JFK conspiracy, U.S. Senator Joseph
McCarthy, a salvage expedition for the Titanic, Battlestar Galactica,
Raquel Welch and Jason Priestley.
Eric Paddon displays a belligerent attitude toward any poster who
disagrees with him: Mark Taylor, the late Eric Payne, Lisa Pease,
Jack Ziegler ("jackzig"), Lisa Pease, Keven S. Caddeo and now "Patting
Wig."
Dr. John McAdams has said in Google groups that he cannot vouch for
the accuracy of the rambling essay on his web site authored by Eric
Paddon. It has something to do with J. Edgar Hoover's interest in the
TV show What's My Line? or something like that. (The late FBI
director never appeared on the show.)
In 1999 Mr. Paddon used the screen name "pjackgrace." He never admits
that fact when he invades the privacy of other commentators. He
sometimes says falsely that he has the guts always to use his own name
so that gives him the right to unmask others.
Though a few years passed between the complaints we received and
Eric's participation in this thread, we keep those facts from his
birth certificate in a handy place in case a law enforcement officer
contacts us about a crime for which he is a person of interest.
Now I'm going to do something that nobody has done when exposing Eric
Paddon for the psychopath he is. I am offering anyone to email me for
further information about him. My name is Simon Perry. I had to
prove who I am in order to get my "gmail" account. I also had to
prove my employment with the Internet Engineering Task Force. Here is
that "gmail" address.
Those who post to Google groups with a Yahoo or Hotmail address are
unreliable. Yahoo and Hotmail are public accounts.
In addition to the Internet Engineering Task Force, Ohio University
and Wheaton College (in Illinois) have network engineers and IT
managers who can verify that Eric Paddon, who has used computers
belonging to those campuses, is a sick, twisted individual.
If Eric Paddon or Matt Ottinger, his only known defender over a period
of eleven years, wishes to discuss this matter further, either can
email me at simonp...@gmail.com.
I said eleven years because Eric's first Usenet post, made from a
computer belonging to Ohio University, dates from February 4, 1996.
If you are reading this, Mr. Paddon, please get some help before you
do something destructive. If these comments are keeping you awake at
three a.m., then please visit a doctor as soon as possible. You said
in the Google group that others' comments about you have caused you
insomnia. That's a warning sign of mental illness.

The word "nutty" doesn't do this conversation justice. The word
"psychopath" describes anyone who invades the privacy of strangers.
That's what Eric Paddon did until the Information Technology folks at
Ohio University and Wheaton College put a stop to his behavior. They
alerted us at the IETF. They provided ways to identify him including
traceroute.
If Eric Paddon is not a conspiracy kook, then what does J. Edgar
Hoover have to do with a TV game show on which he never appeared?
What does Charles Schulz's Peanuts comic strip have to do with the
bible? A nut makes those loose connections.

If you can vouch for the essay, how do you explain using J. Edgar
Hoover as a reliable source? He said publicly terrible things about
Martin Luther King that were false. He mailed audiotapes of covert
surveillance of Martin to his wife Coretta.
