Monday 3/12-Friday 3/16

- Adrienne Barbeau and Clifton Davis guest on The $100,000 Pyramid.

and Fannie Flagg are on the early Match Game all week. Charles Nelson Reilly,
Brett Somers, David Doyle, Jack Jones, Connie Stevens, and Betty White are on
the evening edition from Tuesday through Friday, plus March 19.
- It's Grand Ole Opry (Minnie Pearl, Bill Anderson, Dottie West, Boxcar Willie,
Porter Wagoner) vs. Soap Opry (Ruth Warrick, Perry Stevens, Steve Fletcher,
John Gabriel, Jacklyn Zeman) on Family Feud. Wonder if Minnie Pearl will wear
her famous hat.
Saturday, March 17
- Hollywood Squares features Heather French, Whoopi Goldberg, Mother Love, Phil
Morris, Marie Osmond, Caroline Rhea, Richard Simmons, Wilmer Valdemama, and
Bruce Vilanch.
- Robert Mandan and Maureen Reagan are on The $25,000 Pyramid. Rose Marie and

Russell, and Jo Anne Worley (WOO!) are on Match Game, while Robert Alda, Louis
Nye, Bobby Van & Elaine Joyce show up on Tattletales. (Doesn't Alan Alda's mom
get billing?)
- It's the $1,000,000 Tournament of Champions on The Joker's Wild on Game Show
Saturday Night. (Paid in Chevy Chevettes. About two a year should do it.)
Sunday, March 18
- Florence Henderson and Jack Carter are now on Password, and Ross Martin and
Barbara Rhoades take over on Password Plus.

Franklin, anyway?
- Bert Lahr is the Mystery Guest on What's My Line from 1964 on Sunday Night in
Black and White. (John Lindsay is listed as a panelist, but considering 1964
was a year before he became mayor, that seems odd.) Lucille Ball, Gary Morton,
Vivian Vance, and Peter Lawford then have a go at Password. (I would have
loved to see Desi Arnaz on Password.)
Monday, March 26-Friday, March 30

Oh yeah, "Brad Garrett's Hot Potato" is in full force! In the extremely
unlikely event this show is ever revived, I hope he auditions for host.

: Winner Take All, and Art James in Say When! The Collyer episode may be the

Even older than the Cullen "buzz or bing" or whatever that show was?

Who cares, Brad Garrett's still on. :)

EOTVGS lists Collyer as the host from 1948-1950.
The Cullen "buzz or bing" show was "Winner Take All."
The full opening:
ANNCR: Do you wanna be a winner?
AUDIENCE: YEAAAHHH!
ANNCR: Well, then, buzz your buzzers (SFX: buzz), and ring your bells (SFX:
bell) and play "Winner Take All!"
(ORGAN MUSIC THEME)
On the Barry Gray show with the singing and dancing company and small band, the
opening was shortened with the buzzer and bell taken out. Since the Collyer
nighttime version also had the song-and-dance troupe and Bernie Leighton
leading a band, the short opening will probably be enforced here.
Mark Jeffries--I may wear a suit and tie, but that doesn't mean I can't get
down on the dance floor
: The Cullen "buzz or bing" show was "Winner Take All."
Ahhhhh, I seeeeee...earlier host, same show, got it. Sorry.

Unfortunately not, according to my info, Teen Month lasted TWO months (eggghhhh),
through the end of August 1985. Oh boy, what fun, teenagers playing with 20something/
30something celebs.

I remember this one--I had the maddest crush on Julianne McNamara, and I
used to watch everything she did (even an episode of Knight Rider!).
BTW, she's now married to baseball star Todd Zeile. (Let's go Mets!)

It ran from July 1 1985-August 30 1985, nine weeks of them. It'll be June or
July before we see over-18 contestants on the show again(on the weekend run)
