If so, could you post their names and totals? A friend of mine was a
4-time champ and is curious if he has a shot at the TOC, but doesn't know
how many 5-timers there have been this season.

Add Adam Taxin, as he won his third game on tonight's show. His total is
$44,200, so he's by far the biggest three time winner since May. I assume the
TofC will again be in May Sweeps?

Thanks for the info, MarkB and ZH. A follow-up question:
Adam Taxin's total begs the question, if a 3-time champ has more money
than a 4-time champ, who gets into the TOC? Is it by wins or $?
Jepfan
Since 5-time champs get in no matter what, I would think it would be by
wins.

Batting Order into TOC:
13 highest five time champions(I don't know what they'd do if they'd have more
than 13 five time champions. It has never happened, save for 1984-85 when they
had 15 5-timers, and no special tournaments)
Teen and College Champion(usually one of each)
Highest winning four time champions
Highest winning Three time champions(if needed). Adam Taxin with $44K is a good
bet to make the TofC.
Damn. I knew I should have been happy with $12,500 on
my third day. Serves me right for being greedy.
Dave
My best guess is that they'd use the first thirteen, and push the rest
into the next tournament, possibly increasing the frequency of
tournaments if they continued to generate 5-timers at such a rate.
If they consistently got that many 5-time champs it'd have to be
something wrong with their contestant selection.
