Right after I deleted the New Wave midis off my site.... :\
As soon as I get enough new material together to make a decent proposal to
submit to a comic book publisher. Until then I'm just a obscure New Wavey,
small press relic from the '80s.

Those MIDI's need to be put back. They ad such a great tone to the site. But they
needed to be on the menu bar so that they didn't change every time you change
pages.

Well yea it was a Quantum Finish. When you measure it you affect the outcome. Just
like measuring an electron. That's why that line had me on the floor laughing!

Hey there's a thought. Sell the issues in E-form straight from your page. It's a
little High Concept, but in the electronic age you can be your own publisher and
distributor.

I just limit my editing to fanfic authors who have *asked* for my services.

were criticized for wanting to change the result of the election but they
said they were only trying to count, or measure, all the votes. But, then, I

The problem is that few people like midis and even less of them like New
Wave midis. Randomly changing midis with every new page was part of the
"charm". I just wish that there were more "hard alternative" midis from the
'80s.
Did you see the entrance page that I had up early in the year? It welcomed
you to to the 21st Century ("the most scientific atomic space age century of
all!") by mixing up six random retro future images (flying cars, flying
wings, solar sails, passenger rockets, moon colonists, and a future
cityscape) and 11 random midis (a cheesy version of "Rhapsody in Blue",
Aaron Copland's "Post Tonal Hoe-down", Dave "Baby" Cortez's "Happy Organ",
The Car's "Let's Go", a Mos Isley sounding version of "Tequila", a
"2001/Telestar" medley, a pseudo freebop meets chaos theory thingie composed
by some PC program, and a few {I think} Arnold Schoenberg atonal tunes
pretending to be jittery space-sick sci-fi music.)

I don't too many friends, so I can't be that choosy. Besides, I'm 40 so I
already feel old. :\ It does take a week's notice in advance to get them out
of the house to go anywhere. It takes them a week of rescheduling, begging,
and kissing up before they can get away.
