Perhaps still bitter after her failed 'The Comeback'? Don't worry,
Phoeebs... Courtney Cox recently bombed out in 'Dirt'. And the
"Friends curse" continues. It's already cost Matt LeBlanc a marriage
and Matthew Perry his waistline!

Phoebe's Cat is No Longer Smelly
Posted Apr 26th 2008 3:03PM by TMZ Staff, NTVLand

Oh. My. Gawd! Phoebe Buffay has finally given up the guitar. TMZ
caught up with Lisa Kudrow at BLT Steak in West Hollywood last night,
where she denied requests to sing her undeniable claim to fame,
"Smelly Cat."

What would Gunther and her three fans at Central Perk think?

Are you sure? Didn't they get like, just over a million for the season
finale. I thought it had canned.

It is? You know this for a fact?

The second season just finished. FX hasn't said "boo" about a
third season yet.

Where is that show? I know 'Dirt' is somewhere on cable
and heard it had some good stuff but I can never find it.

I did see Lisa Kudrow in 'PS I Love You', she was one of
the supporting characters, which was good because she's
not a very good actress. She's getting too old to play
the ditzy dumb girl. Watching someone in their 20's be
ditzy and dumb can be funny but when that someone is in
their 40's it's just sad.

Why didn't you check out on-line TV listings?

DIRT was on FX. It just finished its (shortened) second season
a couple of weeks ago. It's not likely on the schedule at the
moment.

The IMDb thread on the ratings:

1.06 million is bested only by 'The Riches' that some people on the
thread said would have to be cancelled first. Also, others have said
that 2nd season really sucked. Not that it's the litmus test. But if
you get a lot of people saying the same thing and you look at the piss-
poor ratings....

Did DIRT fail? It got a second season.

That was, however, the second season.

You know, you really are an idiot. Here's this woman, out for the
evening, and some idiot requests she sing some stupid song, probably
something to do with that TV show, and you're calling her stuck up for
refusing. So that you're an idiot is clearly established, you bitchy
little thing. The question now is, HOW BIG an idiot are you?

And the way it's looking there's a great possibility it'll get a 3rd. FX is
taking into consideration downloads and DVR viewings for renewal purposes,
and Dirt's numbers outweigh "The Riches" which they had no problems
renewing...

I watched about half the first season of DIRT, but I grew tired of it.
I didn't like the photographer guy. He was too goofy, with his
hallucinations and so on, so that you had to break from the feel of the
rest of the story. He had a silly hat and he was just goofy, with the
dead girl and so on. And I got bored with the central figure (Cox)
extolling the virtues of having a lack of virtue, that it was all some
Darwinian truth at the center of everything, and she was this alpha
bitch. She was a shitbag, plain and simple, and since I don't read
those kinds of magazines, I don't have any interest in a fictionalized
account in what's supposed to be going on behind the scenes.

I haven't watched THE RICHES, but mostly because I missed the first few
episodes, so therefore would be joining the story in the middle. But I
never missed NIP/TUCK. Quite the shocker for a season finale.

Okay, do you not know what the acronym for just kidding and laughing
out loud means? I was playfully teasing her. OF COURSE she's going to
get that in public (requests for Smelly Cat) and naturally she's under
no obligation to grant the request. Geesh. Lighten up. Watch a little
'TMZ On TV'. So serious all the time. It's not like the blowing-liquid-
sunshine-up-your-ass like paywhore shows like 'ET' and 'The Insider'
are.

I can't believe a little filler thread (until some meatier insider
news breaks) like this can attract such passionate responses. My,
goodness... Perez Hilton's whoring out Madonna and those Jonas boys.

Thanks. The thing is, I'd hear about it, try to find
it, then give up, then try later, then it's a writer's
strike and now you're telling me it's probably not on
the schedule now.

Is it worth watching at all?
Should I keep an eye out for the repeats?

Kudrow's face is so huge that it must be really difficult for her to
get it into her girlfriend's woman business during frisky time.

Being bi is honestly not gay either. It's lucky that when a celebrity
is discussed here, invariably one of their long-time friends just
happens to always be here where the rest of us no-talent audience
glommers, instead of partying with the gods. Ever play pool with her?

No, I don't play pool, but I've played ping poll and Ms Pac Man with
her! Our paths crossed for a year at school. When I was a freshman she
was a senior. Very quiet, very funny, with very long, dark-brown curly
hair. I didn't even make the connection that it was the same person,
even after the whole Friends bonanza, till a friend of mine (who'd
since moved to London) came back for the summer and said, "Hey, isn't
it wild what's going on with Lisa Kudrow?" She never even was a drama
person.
